Another Ball...

Dear Georgiana,

         Mr. Bingley decided to throw a ball at Netherfield last night. He said it was because he wanted to be a friendly neighbor,  but really it was because he wanted another reason to see Jane. I danced with Miss Elizabeth Bennet. Who for one would not shut up the whole dance. The younger Bennet sisters convinced Mr. Bingley to invite officers including Wickham. Bingley invited all the officers, except Wickham. Elizabeth was disappointed when Wickham did not come. There was a man there that worked for Aunt Catherine who kept trying to talk all night. I hope you are doing well sister.
